The Bella Vista Elementary School Parent-Teacher Association (PTA) can be described as a group of parents, grandparents, guardians, community members, teachers, and staff who are very passionate about the success and well being of our little dragons. Through volunteering and fundraising, we provide additional programs and support to Bella Vista such as Student of the Month gifts, Dragon Social, Dances, Spirit Days, Movie Nights, Book Fairs, Dragon Reader and Math Master incentive shirts, Read Across America, Teacher and Staff Appreciation, Dragon Juniors after school STEAM program, Halloween Trunk or Treat, Assemblies, Awards, and much more. La Asociación de Padres y Maestros (PTA) de la Escuela Primaria Bella Vista es un grupo voluntario en cual los padres, abuelos, y guardiánes de nuestros alumnos, apoyados por miembros de la comunidad, al igual que los empleados y maestros escolares, desarrollan su gran pasión por el éxito academico y el bienestar emocional y social de todos nuestros alumnos protoganizados por nuestro símbolo escolar, Los Dragones.
A través de nuestros esfuerzos voluntarios y las obras para la recaudación de fondos para el beneficio escolar, brindamos programas adicionales de enriquecimiento academico y social. Nuestro apoyo escolar a la primaria Bella Vista, se desliza en obsequiar a los alumnos reconocidos como los "Estudiantes del Mes", eventos sociales como la Bienvenida al Regreso a la Escuela (Dragon Social), bailes estudiantiles, días de "Afán Escolar," "Cine Nocturno Escolar", las "Ferias de Lector", Camisetas de "Lector" y "Competencia en matemáticas" de incentivo, Semana de lectura de por toda américa, nuestro "Agradecimiento Anual al Maestro y Personal Escolar," Dragones jóvenes programa STEAM extraescolar, Maletero o Tratar de Halloween, las asambleas académicas, premios escolares y cualquier apoyo necesario para mejorar el ámbito academico. Volunteer Opportunities
Calling all volunteers! We need folks to lead our Dragon Juniors after school program on Fridays in May (May 2nd to 23rd). PTA provides the lessons and supplies, and in teams our volunteers help our students engage in weekly science and art projects! It's our fifth year hosting the program and students and adults both really enjoy it!
This year we are also hosting our first Dragon Juniors Family STEAM Night and are looking for folks to help us plan it.
